The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director (ED) of the Homeless Prenatal Program (HPP), a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving under-resourced families in San Francisco. This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to managing a wide range of administrative tasks. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for calendar management, meeting planning, and relationship management with various stakeholders, including donors and board members. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in providing executive-level assistance, demonstrating independence and initiative in executing tasks without direct supervision. In this position, the Executive Assistant will handle confidential information with discretion and will be expected to prioritize conflicting needs while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include composing business communications on behalf of the ED, managing the ED's calendar, preparing materials for meetings, and leading special events. The role also involves collaborating with the Development Team to coordinate donor visits and events, as well as serving as a liaison for the Board of Directors, managing logistics for board meetings, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
