About the position

The Executive Assistant at Kelly Benefits will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Vice President & Senior Consultant in the Philadelphia Market and the Vice President of Client Communications in Sparks, MD. This role is essential for ensuring efficient operations and communication within the organization, requiring a proactive approach to managing schedules, correspondence, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President & Senior Consultant and the Vice President of Client Communications.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for executives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
  • Assist in the management of projects and initiatives as directed by executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3+ years of prior executive assistant experience or equivalent in a corporate setting.
  • Health and Life Insurance License within 3 months of hire.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the insurance or benefits industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
