The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO of Ampcus, Inc. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage the CEO's calendar with precision and efficiency. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for anticipating scheduling conflicts and resolving issues swiftly, ensuring that the CEO's time is optimized. This role involves close collaboration with a team of Executive Assistants across the organization to coordinate complex calendars and ensure seamless scheduling. The Executive Assistant will also prepare a daily list of calendar-related matters for the CEO, focusing on accuracy and detail management. In addition to calendar management, the Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, managing expense reporting, and handling meeting logistics. The Executive Assistant will be expected to maintain a high level of vigilance regarding travel logistics, ensuring reliability in transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related needs. Personal support for the CEO will also be a key responsibility, which may involve coordinating personal and family travel and assisting with events at the CEO's home. The role will also encompass IT support, where the Executive Assistant will be responsible for the daily tech operations for the CEO, ensuring that devices are functioning properly and that virtual meetings are set up in advance. Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the Client's IT department will be essential for addressing any audio/visual and technology needs. Finally, the Executive Assistant will assist with miscellaneous tasks and special projects as assigned, which may include mailings, event support, research, and supply management. Confidentiality and the ability to maintain strong working relationships across the organization are critical components of this role, as the Executive Assistant will represent the Office of the CEO and interact with senior management and staff.
