About the position

ITI Engineering is an award-winning supplier of software, hardware, engineering services, and products in the aerospace defense industry. We design and manufacture specialized hardware and software products for aerospace and commercial customers in support of the world's leading fighter aircraft. Our mission support devices, data transfer equipment, cryptographic data transfer systems, servers, and firmware for components are critical support system elements for several of the world's leading fighter aircraft. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support operations in Winter Springs, FL. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting and directing visitors, and ensuring compliance with sign-in and security procedures. You will perform clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting emails, memos, presentations, and other documents for senior staff. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to management and company personnel as assigned, coordinate company meetings and special events, and arrange travel and accommodations. General office responsibilities will also include making copies, scanning documents, and maintaining office supply inventory. Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone and greeting visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with sign-in and security procedures.
  • Performing clerical and administrative tasks including drafting emails, memos, presentations, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Providing administrative support to management and company personnel as assigned.

  • Arranging travel and accommodations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Four years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of management within the organization.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
