About the position

As an Executive Assistant at Booz Allen, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior leaders within our Chief Technology Office. This position involves performing a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for executing independent decisions within established guidelines, ensuring that you handle highly sensitive and confidential data with the utmost discretion. Your role will require you to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team of administrators, supporting a range of work activities that are vital to the organization’s success. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling travel and meetings, managing calendars, and resolving conflicts in appointments. You will also be tasked with preparing expense reports and planning meetings, which requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. Given the nature of the work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is a requirement for this position. To excel in this role, you will need to interface effectively with various levels of internal executives, employees, and external clients. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive materials is paramount, as you will be privy to information that is critical to the organization and its leadership. Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative work activities in support of senior leaders within the Chief Technology Office.
  • Execute independent decisions within established guidelines.
  • Handle exposure to highly sensitive and confidential data with discretion.
  • Schedule travel and meetings, managing calendar organization and deconflicting competing appointments.
  • Prepare expense reports and plan meetings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with calendar management, managing and preparing expense reports, and planning meetings.
  • 2+ years of experience using Office365 Product Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and WebEx.
  • Ability to interface collaboratively with various levels of internal executives, employees, and external clients.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive material.
  • High school diploma or GED.
