Expedia Group is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple Vice Presidents and Leaders within the organization. This role is critical in ensuring that the executives can focus on strategic initiatives while the Executive Assistant manages their day-to-day administrative tasks. Your role will also involve orchestrating logistics for team events, managing travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with integrity. You will be expected to build strong relationships across the organization and act as the go-to point of contact for all internal and external communications. The Executive Assistant will continuously review personal results against desired standards and take corrective actions to ensure success. You will proactively take on assignments that stretch your capabilities and contribute to the overall performance of the team. This position requires excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal error. You will also be responsible for processing expenses, managing vendor setups, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
