About The Position

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our management team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with experience in event planning, customer service, and executive-level clerical work. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing a range of administrative skills to drive success. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional executive administrative support, which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. The successful candidate will also assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and communicating with vendors and attendees. In this position, the Executive Assistant will handle phone calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining accurate and organized records is crucial, and the candidate will utilize software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite to achieve this. Customer service is a key component of this role, as the Executive Assistant will respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner. Additionally, the candidate will assist with filing and document management, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The use of Outlook Calendar to manage schedules and appointments is also expected, along with performing other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
