This role is essential in providing administrative support to our Producers and Sales Professionals, ensuring that they can focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. As an Executive Assistant, you will manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange for meeting rooms and catering as necessary. You will prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents, ensuring that all materials are accurate and professionally presented. Additionally, you will be responsible for all expense report-related activities, including receipt collection, preparation and submission of expense reports, and credit card billing reconciliation. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Producers/Sales Professionals.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments as requested.
  • Arrange for meeting rooms, food/beverages, and lunch reservations as necessary.
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
  • Handle all expense report related activities, including receipt collection and follow-up, preparation and submission of expense reports, and credit card billing reconciliation.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience preferred.
  • Three to five years of previous administrative and/or sales support experience supporting a minimum of two individuals required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; PowerPoint desired.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
