This role is essential in providing administrative support to our Producers and Sales Professionals, ensuring that they can focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. As an Executive Assistant, you will manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange for meeting rooms and catering as necessary. You will prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents, ensuring that all materials are accurate and professionally presented. Additionally, you will be responsible for all expense report-related activities, including receipt collection, preparation and submission of expense reports, and credit card billing reconciliation. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
