About the position

The Executive Assistant position at Barton and Gray Mariners Club is a multifaceted role aimed at providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing executive-level priorities while multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the CEO, CFO, CMO, and COO.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Gather and prepare data for reports, presentations, and meetings.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks if bandwidth allows.
  • Provide occasional support to the concierge team when needed and bandwidth allows.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MAC software experience is a plus (but not required).
