About The Position

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO at a well-established local manufacturing company in Portland, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive leadership. This position is designed for an experienced professional who can anticipate the needs of the CEO and provide comprehensive administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that all necessary technology is functioning properly for those meetings. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, which requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In addition to calendar management, your day-to-day tasks will encompass a wide range of administrative duties.
