Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate busy schedules, ensuring every meeting is successful.
• Handle emails, calls, and messages, keeping everything organized and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Assist with special projects, including event planning and clinic operations, utilizing your creativity and organizational skills.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Perform personal tasks and business errands as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the medical or healthcare field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and partners.
• Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for catching small details that matter in a medical setting.
• Flexible and adaptable to sudden changes in schedule or new challenges.
