About the position

As the Executive Assistant for the CEO at Easol, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Leadership team and the entire organization. This position involves providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and ad-hoc support for the CBO, managing calendars, prioritizing needs, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, including project management and process implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient diary management across multiple timezones, inbox management, travel arrangements, and communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Manage personal tasks and errands for the CEO and CBO, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, including drafting pitches and sourcing information.
  • Design and implement operational processes to optimize efficiency alongside the CEO.
  • Track progress on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and execute company events, including logistics for CEO offsite meetings and managing budgets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in supporting C-level executives, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience in project management and process implementation is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of managing complex schedules, projects, and tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely organized with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • High level of proficiency with G-Suite and other relevant software.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is preferred.
