About the position

Requirements

  • Skilled in calendar management, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing conference calls.
  • Ability to handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
