The Executive Assistant supports the President/CEO with all aspects of business operations and personal matters, ensuring efficient management of schedules, meetings, and office operations.
Responsibilities
Manage an active calendar and schedule/confirm appointments
Coordinate and arrange virtual and live meetings
Prepare office space for live meetings including necessary food and beverage orders and related clean up thereafter
Maintain electronic Address books
Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
Plan meetings and events, including venue, accommodations, meals, and other necessary logistics
Complete errands related to personal events and/or family needs
Manage physical office operations including incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries, supplies, phones, and kitchen supplies, basic tidying, etc.
Requirements
Experience supporting an executive, C-Suite preferred
College degree, preferred
Exceptional organizational, time management, detail orientation, and prioritization skills
High level of professionalism and can represent the company and President in a positive light
Ability to use discretion and good judgment, and maintains confidentiality
Ability to respond to emails, texts and phone calls outside of standard business hours
