In this opportunity, you will provide high-quality assistant support to Senior Leaders based in our Office in Raleigh, NC. The position will manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation, coordinate diverse, multi-location and cross-functional business management meetings, and ensure that assigned tasks are accomplished in a timely and accurate manner. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of advanced functions to relieve business leaders of complex details and advanced administrative duties. This includes setting up and organizing events and meetings on an ongoing basis, managing business leaders' schedules to ensure focus on key strategies and deliverables, and developing correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, emails, and external communications. You will also display initiative in assisting with the coordination of departmental responsibilities and organizing meetings and activities across multiple time zones globally and nationally. Handling confidential information with a high level of ethics is crucial in this role. You will coordinate travel arrangements and meeting engagements, process travel expenses, and oversee the daily operations of the site, ensuring a positive and safe environment for employees and visitors. Additionally, you will ensure the security of the site by monitoring visitor and employee access, welcoming all guests, and responding to emergencies. Communication with building management for maintenance needs and other administrative support duties will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of administrative experience working in a multi-cultural/corporate environment
  • Advanced level using Microsoft Office and adept at utilizing technology and various software tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to understand business challenges and priorities to deliver added-value contribution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability and confidence to effectively interface with senior management
  • A self-starter able to work on own initiative and well in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and in writing
  • Well organized with attention to detail and high-standard ethics

Nice-to-haves
