About the position

Oscar is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Executive Office, responsible for ensuring efficient operations and time management for our Senior leaders. This role involves standard administrative duties, independent management of administrative operations, and serving as a link between business segments to optimize operations and leverage best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage leaders' calendars by developing a thorough understanding of cross-departmental objectives and prioritizations.
  • Support travel and expense management for department leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Host guests; ensure their needs are covered while onsite to visit with senior leaders.
  • Provide coverage for other Executive Assistants as needed.
  • Participate in EA team process improvements and cross-functional project engagement as a stretch goal.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior level executives.
