About the position

The Executive Assistant at Oklahoma Heart Hospital plays a crucial role in supporting the administration by managing general administrative duties for the CEO, COO, and CNO across both North and South Campuses. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively, contributing to the hospital's mission of providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all general administrative duties related to the Administration office.
  • Support the CEO, COO, and CNO of both the North and South Campus.
  • Make decisions of moderate difficulty and handle multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality of information.
  • Perform duties in accordance with Hospital mission, values, and behavioral standards.

Requirements

  • 5 years of administrative experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Senior level hospital experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
