About the position

The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Operating Officer in managing the daily operations of the Administration Division at Community Care Alliance. This role involves facilitating inter-departmental collaboration, preparing documentation for licensing and accreditation, and assisting in the development and implementation of administrative protocols. The Executive Assistant will also handle incident reports and support committee activities, ensuring effective communication and organization within the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief Operating Officer in daily functions of the Administration Division.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for CCBHC, licensing, and accreditation.
  • Assist in committee and workgroup activities related to administrative protocols and tracking systems.
  • Develop, track, and update agency-wide policies and procedures annually.
  • Process incident reports and utilize the Therapy data entry system for reportable incidents.
  • Transcribe minutes, create agendas, and send reminders for the Planning and Program Review Committee.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in the Health Information field preferred.
  • Proficient typist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Data analysis experience preferred.
  • Professional writing skills.
