Requirements

• Must be a high school graduate
• Must have at least one year of general business office experience
• Must be familiar with desktop computer software including word processing and spreadsheet
• Must have the ability to successfully pass a typing test of 40 wpm
• Must be able to print and write legibly
• Must be optimistic, enthusiastic, and able to communicate effectively and courteously with all levels of personnel, patients, vendors, and customers
• Experience with desktop computers and software including presentation software and databases
• Must have solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Management in performing general office and filing functions
• Create and upkeep spreadsheets
• Print and file monthly reports
• Research and perform typing
• Recommend process improvements to enhance general office operations
• Maintain CDL business and patient confidentiality
• Communicate effectively and courteously with all levels of callers
