About the position

As a CACI-SOAS Executive Assistant, you will take charge of a diverse range of office-management responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that carries out strategically impactful and novel operations. This role involves efficiently managing office tasks, including making meticulous travel arrangements, coordinating complex calendar events, and adeptly handling correspondence on behalf of our Division/Directorate executive. The Operations Integrator/Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in the organization by expertly organizing reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring seamless communication flow. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in answering phone calls, arranging meetings, screening visitors, and prioritizing emails and calls. The ideal candidate will excel in gathering essential documents to facilitate effective meetings and presentations while capably representing their assigned executive. An essential attribute of this role is the exercise of utmost discretion in all matters. Responsibilities

  • Handling office-management duties

Requirements

  • Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
  • Willing to take a CI Poly
  • Minimum of five years of experience in administration coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of experience or an associate degree and five years of experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong written/oral communication skills
  • Poised in dealing with Senior Leadership up to General Officer / Senior Executive Service levels
  • Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver who can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Extensive experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS TEAMS, and using databases
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle confidential matters and demanding personalities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable working as part of a team with government, military, and contractor personnel

Nice-to-haves

  • Poised in dealing with Senior Leadership up to General Officer / Senior Executive Service levels
  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5-10 years of related work experience
  • Extensive experience with the Defense Travel System (DTS)
