Your attention to detail will be crucial as you compose, proofread, edit, and format written correspondence, agendas, and other important documents. As the go-to person for your department, you will be expected to address frequently asked questions, refer issues to the appropriate parties, and follow up to ensure resolution. Your ability to create stellar presentations, meeting materials, and reports will help your team shine and make a lasting impression. Additionally, you will take the lead in maintaining a well-stocked office environment, ensuring that supplies are readily available and that the workspace is welcoming for both team members and visitors. Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for Executives, Directors, and Managers.
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls, including room reservations and setup.
  • Compose, proofread, edit, and format written correspondence and agendas.
  • Act as the FAQ for departmental issues, referring and tracking them as necessary.
  • Create presentations, meeting materials, and reports to support the team.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a welcoming environment for team members and visitors.
