Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar for the Provost, including appointment and meeting scheduling.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Take accurate minutes and notes during meetings.
  • Handle sensitive administrative matters requiring discretion and independent judgment.
  • Represent the Provost's office and the University in a professional manner.
  • Resolve unexpected or unprecedented situations in the absence of the Provost.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse groups including faculty, staff, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and administrative work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Zoom).
