In this position, the Executive Assistant will oversee the CEO's calendar, ensuring that meetings are scheduled efficiently and appointments are coordinated effectively. The role also involves preparing and managing materials for Board meetings, attending these meetings, and taking detailed minutes to ensure accurate records are kept. Confidentiality is paramount, as the Executive Assistant will handle sensitive information and tasks that require discretion. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for office management tasks, such as ordering office supplies, coordinating with property management for repairs, and restocking kitchen supplies as needed. Meeting coordination is another key responsibility, which includes scheduling and preparing agendas for All Staff, Management, and Leadership team meetings, as well as arranging for lunch orders and pickups when required. The Executive Assistant will also take notes during meetings as needed, ensuring that all important discussions and decisions are documented appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
