About the position

SoFi is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support one of our C-level Executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and execution within the executive team. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent business acumen and proven organizational skills, capable of managing demanding and complex calendars while maintaining discretion and confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating calmness and control under pressure, and will collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide comprehensive support across the SoFi Executive Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing complex calendars, resolving overlapping commitments, and protecting time for priorities. You will coordinate weekly travel arrangements and manage logistics for special events such as team all-hands, off-sites, and Board Meetings. Additionally, you will manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase and procurement requisitions, and contracts within time constraints. The Executive Assistant will also assist with special projects and initiatives assigned by the Executive, which may involve research, data analysis, and coordination with other departments. Drafting, proofreading, and editing documents, presentations, and reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and team members, is crucial. You will support your leader in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuity in communications and to surface and pursue opportunities for collaboration. This position requires a candidate who is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple assignments while reacting quickly to last-minute changes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives, including calendar, travel, and expense report management.
  • Excellent computer skills and a strong grasp of Google docs, Google calendar, and Outlook.
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to prioritize multiple assignments and change direction quickly.
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes.
  • Strong scheduling and calendar prioritization skills.
  • Knowledgeable about organizing off-site events.
  • Experience at a tech company.
