About the position

The Executive Assistant to the President and COO at Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas provides advanced and confidential administrative support to executive leadership. Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to the President and COO.
  • Coordinate and support travel arrangements for executive officers.
  • Supervise the Administrative Assistants of the Executive Officers.
  • Manage general office duties and ensure proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Schedule and set up Governing Board Meetings, including taking minutes.
  • Complete periodic projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Graduate with additional education in typing, stenography, personal computer operation, and business English.
  • Two years of experience in clerical support positions, with experience as an administrative assistant preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
