About the position

The Executive Assistant at HL-GA Battery Company LLC provides comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, facilitating effective communication and organization within the company. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and acting as a liaison between executives and internal teams, as well as external partners. The position requires bilingual proficiency in Korean and English, along with strong organizational skills to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day interaction and act as primary liaison for Executives and internal team members and clients
  • Manage and maintain Executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements according to personal preferences
  • Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings, conference room reservations, and management, organizing team meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Act as language translator for English to Korean and vice-versa
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors as protocol dictates
  • Answer and manage incoming calls as protocol dictates
  • Serve as administrative liaison with external partner organizations
  • Monitor, respond, and distribute incoming communications
  • Voucher entries for vendor invoices, corporate credits, reimbursement requests for Executives
  • Create and provide different types of EA expense forms when EA approvals are needed
  • Coordinate any assigned project-based work
  • Collect data and create analysis based on Executive's request and needs
  • Order office supplies and replacements, as well as manage mail and courier services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Bilingual Korean-English required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • 2+ years of Executive assistant and administration work experience
