Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Physician Practice Management.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations of the Executive Director's office.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with senior leadership, department managers, medical staff, and clinic staff.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for the Executive Director.
  • Facilitate communication between various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of out-patient operations.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • A.A.S. degree in secretarial services, business, or healthcare administration is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide range of personalities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database programs.
  • Ability to learn EMR for reporting purposes.
