The Executive Assistant will also generate and compile reports, presentations, and briefs using MS Office, Google Suite, and various other systems, showcasing excellent multi-tasking and project management skills. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will manage administrative tasks including calendar management, booking travel arrangements, and handling expense management. It is crucial to ensure the processing of customer applications is done accurately and efficiently while maintaining accurate customer records and monitoring customer accounts for appropriate action. Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage daily operations of the executive office, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining integrity in all tasks.

Requirements
