Azimuth Corporation is seeking an Executive Assistant in Falls Church, VA to provide on-site support to a Government Customer. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter providing executive assistant support and have extensive knowledge in the task management tool CATMS. This role is crucial in ensuring that the executive's office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing essential support to senior leadership and facilitating communication within the organization. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office files, all while adhering to established protocols and procedures. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, providing correspondence staffing support to organization action officers using established templates for all required correspondence actions such as formal letters, memoranda, readahead briefing/meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, and travel/training/personnel documents. This may also involve the delivery and pickup of documents within the local travel area. The Executive Assistant will track and monitor external tasks where the supported office has coordination responsibility, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will maintain the office filing system, both electronic and hardcopy, in accordance with records management protocols. They will ensure the Director's daily calendar operations are accomplished efficiently and coordinate with external senior leadership offices to support the government customer with preparatory material as needed. The role also includes preparing and maintaining essential logistic and security requirements for the SCIF, monitoring access to the SCIF, and managing the coordination and scheduling of conference rooms and secure video teleconference suites. The duties of this position will also include participation in the bid and proposal process for Azimuth's continued work in government contracting, which is vital for understanding the duties and responsibilities of the position.
