BFC Solutions is seeking an Executive Assistant with project management experience for our corporate location in Nashville, Tennessee. This position reports directly to our CEO and will support the CEO and the management team with various executive-level tasks and projects. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. This role may offer some hybrid options, allowing for a flexible work environment that can accommodate both in-office and remote work. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring that the management team operates efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization. In this position, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for building and maintaining project plans, creating and maintaining spreadsheets for leadership, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role will also involve assisting with the preparation of PowerPoint slides for various projects, partnering with the management team to gather and report data, and handling special projects and tasks as assigned. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will manage the project management team calendars, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Proficiency in project management software, particularly Microsoft Project, is essential, as is a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are critical for success in this role, as is the ability to oversee multiple projects at once while maintaining a high level of organization.
