About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating projects and managing timelines for the executive team, maintaining and organizing Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and transcribing meeting notes. The Executive Assistant will also prepare documents using DocuSign, perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry, and assist with travel arrangements and accommodations. Additionally, the role includes managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, utilizing Google Suite for document creation and collaboration, and providing personal assistant support to executives as needed. The Executive Assistant will also assist with office organization and maintenance, and handle calendar management for executives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects and manage timelines for the executive team

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
