KPMG is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Administrative Services team within the Administrative & Office Experience organization. This role is pivotal in providing a broad scope of administrative services that are essential for the smooth operation of our office. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, arrange catering and travel, and provide support for client engagement setup and billing. Additionally, the role involves performing client and industry research, liaising with technology and support teams, drafting communications and presentations, and assisting with marketing efforts. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism, building relationships with both internal and external clients to understand their priorities and preferences. The ideal candidate will actively participate in team meetings and internal project teams, contributing to the overall success of Administrative Services initiatives. They will need to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, collaborating with various internal teams to navigate day-to-day challenges. The Executive Assistant will work in the KPMG office two to three days per week, with the capacity to work overtime as needed.
