Our Fortune 500 Banking client is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team in Providence, RI. This is a hybrid position, requiring the individual to work in the office three days a week. The role is temporary and is expected to last for six months. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for scheduling meetings, booking travel, and processing expense reports. Additionally, the role involves processing invoices and collaborating with vendors and the internal procurement team. The assistant will also assist with federal and state lobbying filings for the department and help prepare executive communications and briefings. Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and Word documents is essential, as well as managing confidential correspondence. Other duties may be assigned as needed, making adaptability and a proactive approach important for success in this role.
