About the position

The Executive Assistant at Quality Financial Concepts is responsible for providing exceptional support to executives in a fast-paced financial advisory environment. This role is crucial for ensuring that company goals and objectives are met efficiently, requiring a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional and professional first impression to all guests.
  • Manage the executive's client-related activities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prioritize projects and task deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications and respond appropriately.
  • Write, edit, and prepare correspondence, process training, and other company documents.
  • Manage diverse correspondence and materials for successful compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years executive office experience.
  • Extreme attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills for tracking deadlines and calendars.
  • Effective time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of flexibility to deal with a variety of situations.
  • Ability to multitask and follow up as necessary.
  • Strong technology and computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher).
