About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive functions and requires a candidate who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. As an Executive Assistant, you will manage executives' calendars, set up meetings, and handle all outgoing and incoming correspondence. You will coordinate travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries, assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data, and maintain office systems, including data management and filing. You will act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, conduct research, and compile data to support various projects. Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders is also a key aspect of this role. This position offers a flexible work environment, including work-from-home days and flexible working hours, along with growth opportunities and on-the-job training. Requirements

  • Proficient in office management software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to transcribe meeting minutes accurately
  • Exceptional calendar management skills

Nice-to-haves
