About the position

The Executive Assistant to the Founder at Tower Leadership plays a crucial role in supporting the Founder by managing their schedule, communications, and priorities. This position requires a blend of administrative excellence, strategic thinking, and financial acumen, ensuring that the Founder’s vision is executed effectively across various responsibilities. The role demands adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Founder, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, communications, and priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Actively take notes during founders' meetings and provide detailed summaries.
  • Be omnipresent and available at a moment's notice.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, meeting planning, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and presentations, interpreting and summarizing financial data with insights that guide decision-making.
  • Undertake projects and research that contribute to the strategic goals of Tower Leadership, requiring critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing priorities with resilience, embodying a proactive and anticipatory approach to managing tasks and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Experience in financial analysis or management is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to provide meaningful insights.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial software, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • A commitment to discretion and confidentiality, coupled with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
