As the Executive Assistant, you will be the crucial bridge connecting our leadership team with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all fronts. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing various projects with precision and finesse. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will interface with stakeholders, screening correspondence and calls, and keeping the leadership team informed of pertinent matters. Your attention to detail will shine through in tasks such as preparing correspondence, compiling reports, and managing all aspects of meetings led by the President and Cabinet members. Your discretion in handling confidential information and administrative records will be paramount, as will your ability to facilitate event preparation and provide authoritative information on college policies and decisions. Overall, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the President and Cabinet members in effectively navigating their roles and responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional administrative support to the President and Cabinet members.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Oversee various projects with precision and finesse.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, screening correspondence and calls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Services, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in office or administrative support positions, preferably in supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multifaceted responsibilities and complex projects.
