Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and coordinative support to senior administrative staff.

  • Maintain confidential documentation and files.

Requirements

  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Five years of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated skill in project planning and implementation.
  • Experience with public speaking and effective communication.
  • Proficient in research and data compilation for reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience in training and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and clerical experience.

Nice-to-haves
