The Executive Assistant at IP Pathways will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Vice President. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation in our CRM system, ConnectWise, while also performing traditional executive assistant duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism. The position requires managing executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while acting as a gatekeeper for emails and calendars to ensure effective time management. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, assist in the preparation and coordination of executive meetings and events, and handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive team. The role also involves monitoring sales activities and following up with the sales team to ensure updates and proper documentation in ConnectWise. The Executive Assistant will pull and analyze sales reports from ConnectWise to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy, as well as communicate with sales teams to request updates and corrections. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of information and supporting the executive team in achieving their goals. Some travel may be required for this role, adding an additional layer of responsibility and engagement with the company's operations.
