Responsibilities

  • Sophisticated calendar management for owner
  • Email triage for high volume inbox
  • Ensure projects are brought to completion and tasks are completed as scheduled
  • Ensure timely reports are prepared and received
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Professional relationship manager for owner
  • Ensure work environment conducive to productive and creative work
  • Attend firm meetings to ensure important information is memorialized and appropriate action items are completed
  • Other tasks as needed for the success of the firm

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional office setting required
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and strong ability to learn new programs
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management
  • Ability to follow directions, stay organized, and take ownership of projects and tasks
  • Minimum of a High school diploma or GED required
  • Keyboarding ability, 40 words per minute
