About the position

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Executive Assistant for our client, an exciting startup in Alameda, CA! This is an excellent opportunity to provide support directly to the CEO of a fast-growing organization that's out to change the future of maritime travel. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office and will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a high level of organization, discretion, and professionalism. The position involves comprehensive calendar and travel management, where the Executive Assistant will efficiently manage a complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, and ensure seamless logistics for all appointments and trips. Additionally, the role requires strategic communication and coordination, handling a high volume of correspondence, prioritizing emails, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will also manage team coordination, office administration, and oversee various projects from inception to completion. In terms of executive support, the Executive Assistant will provide dedicated support for the executive's personal and professional life, including managing health-related tasks, researching and coordinating healthcare plans, and handling confidential matters with discretion. The role also emphasizes operational efficiency, where the Executive Assistant will streamline administrative processes, manage paperwork and documentation, and coordinate with legal counsel for visa and other legal matters. Furthermore, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors is essential, ensuring exceptional customer service and representing the company professionally.

Responsibilities

Requirements
