Evergreen Shipping Agency (America) Corporation is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Jersey City, NJ. As the North American general agent for Evergreen Line, a leading provider of international shipping services, we are committed to delivering comprehensive logistics solutions while minimizing our environmental impact. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our executives by managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing general administrative support. This position requires a high level of professionalism, organization, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering and screening incoming phone calls, coordinating appointments, and maintaining executives' calendars. Additionally, the role involves scheduling meetings, conference calls, and video conferences, as well as composing and distributing meeting notes, correspondence, and reports. The Executive Assistant will also be tasked with completing expense reports, arranging business trips, and maintaining both paper and electronic filing systems. Greeting visitors and handling inquiries will also be part of the daily responsibilities. This is a full-time position with normal business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The starting salary for this role ranges from $51,000 to $60,000, depending on qualifications.
