In this role, you will be a highly skilled, tech-savvy, multitasking assistant responsible for performing both business and personal tasks for the executive team. You will provide a high level of administrative support, which includes managing schedules, booking travel arrangements, event planning, managing correspondence, and organizing both electronic and hard copy files. Your ability to multitask and manage time effectively will be crucial as you help with daily time management, run errands, plan travel, coordinate events, create expense reports, supervise vendors, and manage philanthropic interests. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle sensitive information with sound judgment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of consecutive experience working with executive-level management, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. You will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. This role may require extended hours beyond regular office hours during busy periods, and the ability to travel when requested is essential.
