About the position

As an Executive Assistant at Booz Allen, you will perform complex administrative work activities in support of senior leaders within the global defense sector and client leaders. This role requires executing independent decisions within established guidelines while ensuring a high level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential data. You will support a full range of administrative functions, which includes heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling for multiple executives, managing and organizing travel schedules, and supporting leadership visits and staff events within the region. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you prepare meeting materials and submit expense reports in compliance with company policy. Additionally, you will assist executives in managing their daily workloads and adjusting for revised priorities as necessary. In this position, you will be expected to demonstrate expert-level calendar management skills and a keen attention to detail, including proofreading correspondence with a high degree of accuracy. The role also requires a minimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level support in a large corporate environment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. You will also need to be able to obtain a security clearance, as the position may involve access to classified information. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to display expert level calendar management.
  • Attention to detail, including proofreading correspondence with high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED.
