Responsibilities

  • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate special projects and research
  • Maintain and coordinate calendar schedule
  • Handle confidential information discreetly
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Follow up with key vendors
  • Project implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with administrative assistance and/or project management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Bilingual - English and Spanish
