The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the executive team of one of the world's largest production companies. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Handle communications on behalf of the executive, including emails and phone calls.
  • Make travel arrangements and manage itineraries for the executive team.
  • Assist in project management and execution of company initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments or external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support the executive team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
