About the position

The Executive Assistant will support Executive Leaders in North America by performing high-level administrative tasks that require discretion and good judgment. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar and schedule for Executive Leaders.
  • Coordinate meeting activities including creating presentations and taking minutes.
  • Arrange travel and prepare expense reports.
  • Plan and organize internal and external meetings, both in-person and virtual.
  • Create purchase orders and Statements of Work (SOWs), and monitor related invoices.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process for field team members.
  • Provide assistance for Regional and National Sales Meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant at the Senior Executive Level.
  • Experience working in a large global company.
  • Higher professional education preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web tools.
