About the position

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in both business and personal capacities. This part-time role involves managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling incoming communications. The Executive Assistant will also assist with project management, oversee payment schedules, and manage personal appointments, ensuring professionalism in navigating the complexities of a family-owned business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for business and personal trips.
  • Handle incoming communications and assist with project management.
  • Oversee payment schedules and manage special projects as assigned.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executives.
  • Experience with calendar management and travel booking.
  • Ability to track expenses and process invoices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
