Our client, a top global private equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide seamless administrative support to an Executive. The role requires managing complex calendars and coordinating schedules, ensuring that the executive's time is utilized efficiently. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for booking travel arrangements, both international and domestic, which includes flights, hotels, ground transportation, and restaurant reservations. Additionally, the assistant will process expenses in a timely manner utilizing Concur, and proactively conduct research and prepare for meetings to ensure the executive is well-prepared and informed. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, with four days in the office and one day remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. The hours are typically from 8 or 8:30 AM to 5 or 5:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime as needed. This role is crucial in maintaining the executive's productivity and effectiveness, requiring a high level of organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.
