The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks related to business development and human resources.
• Draft correspondence including proposals, meeting follow-ups, and presentations.
• Conduct phone outreach and follow up with customers and incoming web leads to book appointments.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to support marketing campaigns and provide creative assistance.
• Research and summarize information for special projects.
• Serve as a scribe for important meetings and compile reports using sales and operations tracking tools.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening skills and ability to draft professional correspondence.
• Experience with phone outreach and customer follow-up.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with Outlook, Salesforce, Sharpspring, and/or Smart Sheets is preferred.
• Experience in executive administrative support for at least 1 year.
• Customer service experience for at least 1 year.
